to save on energy.
Who was the brainiac that came up with this DST?
Ben Franklin actually half-jokingly suggested in order to save on the usage of candles
to shift your sleep schedule back one hour.
So.. if you don't want to lose and hour of sleep this Satuday night going into
Sunday.. you may want to go to sleep an hour early on Satuday night.
