It's how many days???

All stressed out for Christmas and too many parties to go to?

Yeah, it happens every year.  You keep thinking you'll get this and that done early so you can enjoy the holidays.  Then you volunteer for too many things, agree to too many parties, and then you realize you're only one person and can't be in three places at once.

Aaacck!  So what do you do?  Take a step back, a deep breath, and regroup.  Make a list of everything that needs to be bought, baked, and wrapped.  Plan your trips around traffic issues if you can.  Do a few things each day in order of importance.  Slowly and surely things will get done and you will still have your hair.  And if it doesn't get done by Christmas, eh, so what?  It's the thought that counts, right?

Too much stress is hard on a body.  Long-worded story short, it depletes your immune system.  So you're rocking through the stores, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, and running yourself ragged only to get sick either right before or right after Christmas.  Again, take that deep breath, organize yourself, and pop a few extra zinc and vitamin C's.  Also be sure to eat right.  Your body has a difficult enough time healing itself without a barrage of junk food to deal with.  Sleep is important too, so try to get as much as you can.  Try to refrain from hitting the bottle too.  It'll just slow you down anyway.;)

Now, I'm off to go follow my own advice.:)
